Purchasing

The Purchasing Department has the responsibility for maintaining inventory to support the Service & Maintenance Department as well as providing the Shareholders with goods to maintain their individual residences.

This department must always look for lower cost sources of supply that meet or exceed our current quality standards.   Works with the Service & Maintenance Department and suppliers to ensure GRF has the best materials and methods of maintaining and servicing the community. The manager of this department reports to the Director of Finance and works with all departments and Mutuals.

The maintenance of adequate materials and supplies needed for the day-to-day operations of all departments and the fulfillment of Service Repair Orders (SRO) is the prime responsibility of this department.  It employs the appropriate procurement processes to ensure that we obtain the best quality materials at the most advantageous prices and terms.
