This Department is responsible for the Human Resources activities of the Foundation. Develops, recommends and implements policies and programs in such areas as recruitment, wage, salary and benefit administration, employee relations, human resources planning and development, training, risk management, and workers’ compensation.
This Department must keep current with state and federal labor laws to ensure that the Foundation is in compliance. The Director of this Department reports to the Executive Director and consults with the Executive Committee and the GRF Board of Directors.
