Vehicle registration is done at the Main Gate office. All residents' automobiles must be registered and have a decal applied to the windshield, which then allows entrance through the Main Gate, St. Andrews Gate, and the North Gate. Resident's cars without decals must enter through the 'Without passes' lane at the Main Gate and will be stopped for proof of residence.
When registering vehicles, a current driver's license and registration are required. Decals are applied every day, weather permitting, from 8:00am to 4:00pm.
The Main Gate is open 24 hours a day. The St. Andrews Gate and North Gate are open from 6:00am to 9:00pm.
Four passes per membership certificate are delivered annually with the GRF payment coupons.
Passes for new residents and passes for guests are issued (for a nominal fee) only by written request of residents. Residents may request passes Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 4:00pm at the Stock Transfer office in the Administration Building.
Residents should not issue guest passes to household employees or to persons doing business in our community. Caregiver passes are issued at the Stock Transfer office in the Administration building. Services Passes are available to Contractors only after the
contractor submits the correct type and amount of insurance as required by the

Residents should call the Main Gate Security Office when expecting a visitor or vendor who does not have a pass. This will assist officers in processing and will minimize delays. Unexpected visitors are screened by the gate officer by a telephone call to the resident's apartment before authorizing admission.
