The Community Facilities Department has the responsibility for the care and upkeep of all the Trust property and provides maintenance service to the Mutual Corporations and their shareholders/residents. The Community Facilities Manager reports to the Executive Director. The Physical Property Committee has oversight responsibility for the Community Facilities Department.
Purchasing Department – The maintenance of adequate materials and supplies needed for the day-to-day operations of all departments and the fulfillment of Service Repair Orders (SRO) is the prime responsibility of this department. It employs the appropriate procurement processes to ensure that we obtain the best quality materials at the most advantageous prices and terms.
Physical Property Department - In addition to maintaining the Trust property, this department provides inspection and construction oversight to the Mutual Corporations.
