Charles Briskey Real Estate, Inc., or the On-Site Sales Office, is located within the community and has been operating for over 25 years. The office is open seven days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and has eight professional Real Estate Agents who exclusively sell units in the community.
We are under contract to the Golden Rain Foundation to list and sell the stock cooperative units and condominiums that are owned by the mutual and residents. Rental income from the office space helps to reduce the carrying charges every month for the resident.
Over the last 25 years, we have successfully concluded an average of 250 sales per year. To further assist our buyers and sellers, we also provide in-house Escrow services.
