Fitness Fusion 
Meets: Tuesday 10:30 Club House 6, Thursdays and Saturdays at 10:30 at Veterans Plaza. A fun way to exercises using hand weights.  Standing yoga poses to improve balance and flexibility.  Qigong body tapping for circulation.  For more information contact Marion Higgins: (562) 296-8328
Hike/Walk Club
Promptly on Mondays, 5:00 p.m. at the local site. The walks/hikes are about three miles long and last one hour on average. More information will be posted on Facebook-Leisure World Community on Friday for the following week’s meeting. Dogs are welcome on leash and cleaning up after the dog is required.
