GARDEN AREA MAINTENANCE J&J have 2 (two) employees in Mutual 8 working daily. They will cultivate (rake) and trim bushes approximately once every 6 weeks. If you have any questions regarding the work please call the hotline  562-804-5504 and a Director will call you back. If you do not want them working in your garden area please put a red flag in the garden area

Parking on 4th Wednesdays Please remember to NOT park your car on any Trust Streets on the fourth Wednesday of each month.   Example of Trust Streets are Oakmont, El Dorado and Northwood   Street sweeping is done on that night which is important in controlling mosquitoes.
