Mutual 9 is a great place to live. Quiet and serene, tucked into the back of the community, where many beautiful gardens create wonderful views from your home as well as when using the walking paths. It is close to many amenities including the North Gate, Clubhouses 3 & 4, the library, the Credit Union, and Veterans Plaza where many Leisure World events are held every year. Neighbors are friendly and look out for each other - especially new residents. 

 

To enhance the feeling of connectedness in the community, the Mutual Board organizes community wide events (barbeques and a holiday party – and don’t forget Wine Wednesdays!) The Mutual Board takes its role seriously and is quick to address any resident problems or concerns. Innovative and forward-thinking the Board uses Constant Contact for communicating with residents as well as a monthly newsletter. In the words of one resident: “We do not just live in Leisure World or a Mutual, we live in a neighborhood.
