Emergency Information Council (EIC)

The Emergency Information Council, Inc. is a California Non-Profit Public Benefit Corporation and a Federal IRS 501(c)(3) Charity. It is also a Leisure World club meeting in Building 5 room B on the second Thursday of odd numbered months.
 
It’s purpose is the compiling and making available emergency management and response information and preparedness planning, mainly through publication and maintenance of information booklets and pamphlets, and also creating and developing disaster response plans, activities and materials within the community of Leisure World Seal Beach.
 
It presents a speaker series on related topics on the third Monday of the month at 1pm in clubhouse 3 room 9.

The Golden Age Foundation is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization established in 1973 to improve the quality of Leisure World life. Through the generous support of volunteers, individual donors, and organizations, the Golden Age Foundation has conceived and implemented many programs that continue to benefit our community at no cost to our shareholders.

Leisure World Cares Fund

The Leisure World Cares Fund is a California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation seeking to provide housing financial assistance to residents within Leisure World Seal Beach. Available financial assistance is primarily through small subsidies to HOA assessments for Leisure World residents who are on fixed incomes and face the loss of their home and an uncertain future. The idea is to provide housing security and peace of mind to the most vulnerable while preserving their dignity.
 
It presents a speaker series on related topics on the fourth Monday of the month at 1pm in clubhouse 3 room 9.
