Garden Club

One of the oldest clubs in LW, the Garden Club holds monthly meetings presenting a wide variety of programs and demonstrations on topics such as garden design, roses and flower arranging. Several times a year the club arranges interesting tours to various points of interest such as Sherman Gardens and the Reagan Library. Green thumb not required!

Genealogy Club

The Leisure World Genealogy Library is located in Clubhouse 3 at the East End across from Room 9 and the hours are posted on the door. Our club offers members Ancestry.com, Newspapers.com and Fold3 (military), weekly classes on Thursday and daily help for those who are new to genealogy.

Leisure World Historical Society & Museum

Curious about the history of Leisure World (LW) and how we were built? Visit the Historical Society & Museum in Clubhouse One. We collect treasures, artifacts, pictures, movies, and documents about LW’s history and make them available at the Museum. Please drop in to our museum on Thursdays 2:00pm to 4:00pm for a fun visit to our community's past. The Leisure World Historical Society is a 501(c)3 non-profit educational foundation incorporated in 1995.
