Superwire Telecom operates an on-site office under contract to the GRF, the terms of which are financial benefit to the community. It is located behind the Library.
Superwire offers resident telephone, Internet, and television services.
The Superwire on-site sales and service office offers 24/7 support and a display room of all products and services.
* If a resident has ordered cable television service, GRF collects the basic service charges, which will appear on the monthly GRF payment coupon under “Voluntary Charges.” Payment coupons bill only for basic service. Any service other than the basic service is billed separately by the cable provider. Requests for extra services or repairs must be made directly to the cable provider.
